Leadership can be tough at times; it is easy to lose motivation. You may find yourself being leeched of the latter while at work, whether once in a week, once a month, etc. Staying motivated is hard, especially when you’re stressed.
Having so many things to do can be a blessing in disguise. It can help you keep your mind occupied and you will not be distracted from your normal course if you have so much to do. It will be motivating to go through the list of things you have to do and finish the difficult tasks, as it can provide a great sense of accomplishment.
Nowadays, most people are leading a busy and hectic lifestyle, which is unfortunately accompanied by stress. Although some studies report that people who often deal with stress are most likely to evolve emotionally stronger when compared to others. However, too much stress is not good for anyone.
